Job Title: Office Administrator

Compensation: $11.00-$13.00 per hour

 WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• 100% client amazement
• Support of Operations with Owner
• Effective communication with clients, potential clients, and HUNKS
• Communicate with clients to confirm their appointments.
• Communicate with potential clients.
• Follow up with clients regarding claims.
• Keep stock of office supplies and advising when supplies are low.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.

• Familiarity with office management procedures.

• Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent.
