Compensation: $15-$17 per hour, plus uncapped commission in Brunswick, GA (Glynn, Camden, McIntosh counties). Some evenings and weekends required-flexible.

Job Summary

The Community Relations Specialist at College HUNKS Hauling Junk and Moving-Coastal Georgia® is responsible for networking with local businesses and housing complexes to help grow leads and partnerships. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

1. Develop and track professional relationships in the community.
2. Attending multiple networking events weekly and visit businesses outside the office daily.
3. Follow up with the customer until they have scheduled our services.
4. Recommend alternate services and/or products based on cost, availability, or customer specifications.
5. Assist in the achievement of financial goals and objectives by continually increasing sales and minimizing expenses.
6. Collaborate with office staff and office director to increase residential and commercial move revenue and develop strategic relationships with potential and existing customers.
7. Maintain a thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing, and promotions in order to communicate the benefits and value of College HUNKS Hauling Junk and Moving, and effectively oppose any customer objections.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

1. Networking or sales experience with demonstrated product/service is required (less than 1 year is okay)
2. Experience is required. Moving or removal industry experience is preferred, but 100% not required
3. Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
4. Demonstrate understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques
5. Demonstrate the ability to consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales goals
6. Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
7. Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful)
8. Excellent oral and written comprehension and communication skills
9. Understanding of and commitment to customer service and the College HUNKS core values
10. Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
