The ideal candidate:

<li>Ability to train &amp; motivate team members</li>
<li>Previous Back of House / Kitchen experience is strongly preferred, but not required</li>
<li>Can effectively manage Food Cost, Labor Cost and other restaurant metrics</li>
<li>Excellent Hands On, Inspiring Leadership style</li>
