An employee who supports an exceptional customer experience through the delivery of services. The team member’s responsibilities include handling all tasks assigned by the team leader or manager, working synergistically with other team members, complying with company regulations, and being a good brand ambassador at all times. You should also be able to communicate effectively at all levels and escalate issues appropriately. All team members will be cross trained in all positions. Shifts are 10:30 A.M. -5:00 P.M. or 5:00 P.m.-11:00 P.M.
