As a mover, your primary responsibility is to assist in the packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking of household or commercial goods during relocations. You'll work closely with a team to ensure the safe and efficient transfer of items while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items onto and off of trucks or vans, ensuring that items are secure and protected from damage during transit.

2. Packing and Unpacking: Pack household or office items into boxes, wrap furniture and fragile items in protective materials, and unpack items at the destination according to customer specifications.

3. Transportation: Drive trucks or vans to transport goods between locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

4. Assembly and Disassembly: Assemble and disassemble furniture as needed, ensuring that all items are properly reassembled at the destination.

5. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of items being moved, ensuring that all items are accounted for and delivered to the correct destination.

6. Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and providing assistance as needed.

7. Safety Compliance: Follow proper safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents and injuries, including the use of appropriate lifting techniques and safety equipment.

Requirements:

1. Physical fitness and stamina to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
2. Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with other movers and interact professionally with customers.
3. Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if required for driving duties).
