Job Purpose:

Capture, promote, produce and sell photographs (front gate, ride, etc.) to the general public at the Pleasure Pier. Display and sell photos to guests in frames and other memory keepsake holders.

Duties:

• Interact with guests in a fast-paced environment when existing from ride station to sell photos of them being captured on the ride.

• Capture 50 images per hour at the entrance of the park

.• Requires accurate cash handling both manually, with cash register and documentation of sales.

• Attention to detail.

.• Assures property is clean, orderly, safe, attractive and properly merchandised on a daily basis.

• Communicate on a daily basis with Supervisor.Other Duties as assigned.

Schedule:

As determined by the Supervisor to ensure proper staff coverage, scheduled hours are based on overall performance and business needs. Hours range 10-40 hours per week. Ability to work weekends during the peak season as well as morning, afternoons, evenings and holidays.

Physical Demands

• Ability to be on your feet up to 8 hours or more daily.

• Spend 95% or more during the day in the outdoor elements.

• Outdoor Noise exposure – horns, loud voices, and amusement park rides, etc.

• Walking – may walk up to an accumulation of several miles each daily.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Good customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to accurately keep records and mathematic skills.

• Sales experience a plus:

• Enjoy interacting with the general public as well as the outdoors.

• Working on H.S diploma, GED, H.S. Graduate, working towards secondary education.
