What you'll be doing:

1. Supervise and oversee daily operations of support services departments.
2. Hire, train, and evaluate support services staff with department managers.
3. Manage support service contracts and rental properties.
4. Organize and maintain storage areas.
5. Coordinate, prioritize, and assign work orders.
6. Ensure proper snow removal with support service departments.
7. Organize special events (e.g., auctions, shows, Christmas lights).
8. Ensure compliance with OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations

What You will bring along:

1. High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years supervisory experience or equivalent.
2. Read manuals, write reports, and communicate clearly.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical tools.
4. Basic math skills; interpret graphs.
5. Strong problem-solving skills.
6. Valid driver’s license.
7. Frequent standing, walking, climbing, lifting (25–50 lbs); good vision required.
8. Physical work environment; accommodations available.
