As an Associate in our grocery store, you will provide great customer service to our guests on a daily basis. You’ll have the opportunity to engage with customers by answering questions and suggesting products, in addition to maintaining and organizing shelves and merchandise displays. You’ll maintain professional behavior and a positive attitude to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities 

1. Greet customers upon their arrival
2. Assist customers in choosing the products
3. Guide customers to product areas
4. Answer customer questions about products
5. Keep merchandise organized and displayed properly
6. Promote sales and special offers to our customers
7. Make sure all products are properly stocked and checked for freshness/date control
8. Work as a team with other associates to ensure the success of the store

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Exceptional communication skills
3. Good understanding of the retail sales process
4. Good Understanding of company software and systems
5. Have familiarity with consumer behavior
6. Perform a variety of store functions like POS, Merchandise Stocking, and housekeeping

Requirements

1. Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time
2. Must be able to bend, lift and carry merchandise
3. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Willing to help out in other areas of the store, where and when needed.

Shifts Available: AM/PM/Midday
