Moving Sales Consultant / Estimator (Closer)

Are you a proven sales closer who thrives on building trust, creating urgency, and locking in the deal? We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Consultant to join our Jacksonville-based team at College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving.

This is not just an estimating job — it’s a sales role, first and foremost. You’ll meet with pre-qualified prospects at their homes, deliver accurate moving quotes, and most importantly — convert those estimates into booked jobs.

In addition to closing inbound leads, you’ll also help drive local business development by cultivating relationships with referral partners like realtors, apartment communities, and property managers.

🔑 Why This Role Matters

We provide a steady flow of scheduled appointments — your job is to go onsite, build rapport, and close. You’ll also work proactively in the community to grow our referral network and develop your own pipeline of B2B leads.

💼 What You’ll Do

1. Meet clients onsite for company-scheduled estimate appointments
2. Deliver clear, confident estimates and close the sale on the spot
3. Follow up with prospects to convert quotes into scheduled jobs
4. Use outreach strategies (in-person visits, calls, networking) to build new business relationships with realtors, leasing agents, property managers, etc.
5. Track leads, deals, and conversion activity in our CRM
6. Collaborate with the GM and franchise owner to increase local market share
7. Represent the College HUNKS brand with professionalism and energy

🧠 What We’re Looking For

1. Minimum 1 year of successful sales experience required
2. Proven closer with strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship skills
3. Motivated by results, commission, and competition
4. Strong communicator with confident in-person presence
5. Comfortable doing light local travel to sales calls and partner visits
6. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Preferred but not required:

1. Moving or home services sales experience
2. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
