Job Title: Move Estimator

Position Overview:

The Move Estimator is a key role at College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving, responsible for following up on residential moving leads and closing sales. The role also includes prospecting for new clients, particularly by establishing relationships with referral sources like realtors, property managers, and other professionals who can bring in new moving business.

This position offers a base salary, commission, and additional benefits such as a company car for business use, a phone, and an iPad to support your daily tasks. Company health, vision, and dental plans are available.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead Follow-Up and Conversion:

 - Proactively reach out to residential moving leads provided by the company.

 - Conduct thorough assessments of client moving needs and provide accurate estimates.

 - Close sales by effectively communicating the value of our services and addressing any concerns.

 - Estimates will be made on-site at customer locations and over the phone.

- Client Relationship Management:

 - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to secure business.

 - Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction from initial contact through the moving process.

- Business Development and Prospecting:

 - Actively prospect for new business by establishing partnerships with realtors, property managers, and other key contacts who can refer new moving clients.

 - Attend local networking events and community activities to represent College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving.

- Sales Reporting and Performance:

 - Track and report on sales activity and performance.

 - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to build relationships and close sales with a variety of clients.

- Previous experience in sales or customer service (experience in the moving or real estate industries is a plus).

- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and comfortable using technology (iPad, phone, etc.).
