Job Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists residents with daily living activities while maintaining their dignity, safety, and well-being. This role is ideal for someone who loves helping others and thrives in a team-focused care environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
2. Help residents move safely using proper transfer techniques and equipment.
3. Take and record vital signs accurately.
4. Observe residents’ physical and emotional status and report any changes to the nurse.
5. Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment.
6. Build trusting relationships with residents and families through communication and compassion.

Qualifications

1. Current CNA certification in the State of Arkansas.
2. Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (we’ll train the right candidate).
3. Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
4. Genuine compassion for seniors and commitment to quality care.
