Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – All Shifts Available

In this leadership role, you’ll provide hands-on nursing care while overseeing day-to-day clinical operations and supporting your fellow team members. Your Role:

1. Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans 
2. Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely 
3. Supervise and support CNAs and other care team members 
4. Monitor resident conditions, report changes, and document care effectively 
5. Foster a positive, compassionate environment for residents and families 

Shifts Available:

1. 7am-3pm
2. 3pm-11pm
3. 11pm-7am

Qualifications: 

1. Current and active LPN License 
2. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills 
3. A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centered care
