Legacy Health and Rehab is seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care team. In this role, you'll provide essential clinical care, medication administration, and support to our residents in a collaborative, resident-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
2. Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes
3. Supervise and mentor CNAs, ensuring quality care delivery
4. Support chronic condition management and wound care
5. Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams
6. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
7. Uphold safety, infection control, and resident rights policies

Qualifications:

1. Active and unencumbered LPN license in Arkansas
2. 1+ year of long-term care or rehab experience preferred
3. Ability to work independently and lead by example
