Paris Health and Rehab is seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical care team. If you're passionate about leading with clinical excellence and providing person-centered care in a long-term care environment, this is your opportunity to make a difference.

The ideal candidate brings at least one year of experience in long-term care (LTC) and is confident in managing clinical priorities, supervising staff, and advocating for residents with professionalism and heart.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform and document resident assessments and care plans
2. Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy in accordance with physician orders
3. Supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
4. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in care conferences
5. Respond to emergencies and acute changes in resident condition
6. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and communication
7. Participate in quality improvement, infection control, and safety protocols
8. Build relationships with residents and families through compassionate, professional care

Qualifications:

1. Active RN license in Arkansas (unencumbered)
2. 1+ year of long-term care or clinical nursing experience preferred
3. Skilled in assessments, documentation, and clinical leadership
4. Strong communication and organizational skills
