This role offers the flexibility to work only two days per week (Saturday and Sunday) while earning full-time pay at $35/hour. Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver direct, compassionate care to residents during 12- to 16-hour weekend shifts
2. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
3. Monitor residents with chronic conditions such as CHF, diabetes, COPD, and hypertension
4. Perform wound care, dressing changes, and infection control practices
5. Complete assessments, documentation, and end-of-shift reports
6. Supervise CNAs and ensure care plans are followed with excellence
7. Respond to emergencies and follow proper protocols
8. Foster a respectful, caring, and safe environment for residents and their families

Qualifications:

1. Current, active LPN license in Arkansas (unencumbered)
2. At least 1 year of LPN experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
3. Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently
4. Effective communication and leadership skills

Preferred Skills:

1. Prior experience supervising or mentoring CNAs
2. Strong background in chronic care and wound management
3. Familiarity with electronic documentation (training provided if needed)
4. Calm under pressure and team-focused
