
We are looking for a dependable and motivated team member to lead our Caribou teams as a Caribou Director. This position will oversee all Caribou operations and is expected to plan, direct, monitor, and adjust site operations as required to meet goals. This position will work closely with Store Directors at each site and all Caribou employees to promote and achieve sales goals while guiding department responsibilities and objectives.
The ideal candidate has Caribou franchise management experience and the ability to lead and coach team members while balancing incoming franchise direction. This position will need to become certified as a Caribou trainer and will need to be able to drive to each of our eight site locations. This position will work Monday - Friday with the occasional weekend work.
