Requirements for an Occupational Therapist with Phoebe Allentown:

1. Graduate of program in Occupational Therapy approved by the AOTA; certification by the board of American Occupational Therapists; licensed by PA state medical board with an AAS, B.S., M.S., DPT, DOT, DST
2. CPR certification
3. Proven Supervisory and leadership skills.
