Responsibilities for a Digital Specialist with Phoebe Allentown:

1. Manage and publish social media content across all major platforms
2. Curate and distribute digital content for all Phoebe services and “Faith In Action”
3. Monitor engagement, respond to community interactions, and align messaging with internal teams
4. Track, measure, and analyze digital performance (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics)
5. Support digital campaigns, SEO, email marketing, and segmentation
6. Attends and documents events at Phoebe’s CCRCs, Affordable Housing, Pathstones by Phoebe, and Phoebe Pharmacy, as a representative of the marketing department.
7. Manage image release forms and permissions for all media
8. Manages Phoebe’s historical archive at the Lehigh County Historical Society/Lehigh Valley Heritage Museum in Allentown, including coordination of ongoing archival endeavors.
9. Assist with website updates (CMS) and support platform integrations (CRM, email, social)
10. Curates, facilitates, and supports story content to support all Phoebe services, including Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs), Affordable Housing, Pathstones by Phoebe, and Phoebe Pharmacy.

Requirements for a Digital Specialist with Phoebe Allentown:

1. The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
3. 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, including social media and analytics
4. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, and CRM/email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
5. Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
6. Experienced Photographer Preferred
7. Creative thinking coupled with commitment to brand consistency.
8. Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, and paid social
9. Highly organized with strong project management skills
10. Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
