Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team and support outreach for our healthcare quality consulting and membership programs. This role is responsible for engaging prospective clients, qualifying leads, and converting interest into action through consultative conversations. You’ll help build relationships with long-term care providers, including nursing homes, home health, and hospice organizations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospects (warm and cold leads)
  2. Engage Directors of Nursing, Administrators, and Executives to explain membership benefits and services
  3. Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the sales or consulting team
  4. Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and outcomes in our CRM
  5. Follow up with leads from webinars, events, and digital campaigns
  6. Meet weekly activity goals (calls, emails, meetings booked)
  7. Assist with onboarding new members, sharing materials, and guiding the setup in our LMS.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  1. Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  2. Excellent oral, written, and customer service-oriented communication skills.
  3. Excellent and demonstrated critical thinking ability.
  4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to respond to and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously under short time frames.
  5. Customer service-oriented when working with internal and external customers.
  6. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)


Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements

Education

  1. High School diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.


Experience

  1. 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  3. Comfortable making 30+ outbound contacts per day
  4. Experience in healthcare, senior care, or B2B consulting sales is preferred
  5. CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  6. Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
  7. Experience selling services, training programs, or memberships is a plus


Travel Requirements

  1. This position is onsite, Travel of up to 25% is required to meet with clients and potential customers, attend industry events, and participate in in-person meetings or corporate functions as needed.
  2. Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required based on customer needs and business demands.

  5. This role occasionally requires the employee to lift light objects up to 25 pounds.
