Shift Manager – Job Posting

Pay Range: $14–$16/hour (based on experience)

About the Role

As a Shift Manager, you’ll oversee daily restaurant operations, assign tasks, and ensure smooth service. You’ll lead by example—handling inventory, assisting with cleanup and maintenance, and supporting team efficiency to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assign duties to team members each shift
2. Monitor performance and drive team to ensure goals are met
3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
4. Manage multiple projects and support staff
5. Communicate with management to align on goals
6. Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications

1. 3+ years in food & beverage industry preferred
2. Prior supervisory experience beneficial but not required
3. Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
