We're passionate about creating memorable moments for our guests, and we're looking for a high-energy Marketing Assistant to help us elevate our brand to new heights!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promotion Rollout: Assist in the development and execution of exciting promotions that drive sales and enhance guest experiences.
2. Local Store Marketing Events: Plan and execute local store marketing events that engage the community and increase market visibility.
3. Guest Experience: Ensure all marketing activities contribute to an exceptional in-store experience for our guests.
4. Social Media Content: Create and manage engaging social media content that resonates with our audience and drives brand awareness.

What Does an Average Week Look Like?

1. Weekly Planning Meeting: Collaborate with the Marketing Director to review and strategize upcoming promotions and events.
2. Event Execution: Organize and execute events such as golf tournaments, fundraisers, or busy game nights in our lounges.
3. Administrative Work: Spend 1-2 days/week planning and ordering relevant supplies, content editing, and some graphic design with the potential for administrative tasks to be done at home or in one of our businesses.
4. Social Media: Engage in daily social media activities to create and manage content that boosts brand awareness and engagement. This includes gathering content from stores.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and events.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
7. Flexible work availability including evenings and (some) weekends
8. Graphic design experience is an asset but not a requirement
