Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Shift Lead to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess superior communication and problem-solving skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead team members during assigned shifts.
- Ensure adherence to company standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Drive sales results by creating strategic plans to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Operate and maintain state-of-the-art car wash equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions.
- Friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus.
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints professionally.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, smartphones, and the internet.
