Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with various orthopedic conditions, including osteoarthritis, total joint replacements, hip fractures, and sports injuries.​
2. Support the orthopedic floor by managing cases related to hand injuries and assisting in neuro/med-surg overflow situations.​
3. Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to effectively manage patient care in a fast-paced environment.​
4. Utilize interdisciplinary communication to optimize patient outcomes.​

Qualifications:

1. Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Tennessee.​
2. Previous experience in a med-surg or orthopedic setting is preferred.​
3. Ability to handle a diverse range of orthopedic and neuro/med-surg cases.​
4. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team.​
5. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic clinical environment.​
