Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical telemetry unit, monitoring vital signs and cardiac rhythms.​
2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.​
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.​
4. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.​
5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the hospital's electronic medical record system.​

Qualifications:

1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or a compact state license.​
2. Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in medical-surgical telemetry nursing.​
3. Proficiency in interpreting cardiac rhythms and responding to emergent situations.​
4. Familiarity with electronic medical record systems is preferred.​
5. Ability to work flexible shifts, including days or nights, as required.​
