Key Responsibilities

1. Provide comprehensive care to women during childbirth, including monitoring maternal and fetal vital signs.
2. Assist with labor and delivery processes, ensuring safety and comfort for both mother and baby.
3. Administer medications and manage pain relief methods as prescribed.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
5. Educate patients and families on postpartum care and newborn health.​

Qualifications

1. Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of New York.
2. Minimum of one year of experience in labor and delivery or related acute care settings.
3. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
4. Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
5. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.​
