Repair all equipment and maintain physical facility items in a timely and high-quality manner according to applicable standards, policies and procedures. Repairs include, but are not limited to:

1. Petroleum equipment
2. Dispensers
3. Tanks
4. Tank monitors
5. Point of sale systems
6. Commercial kitchen equipment
7. Refrigeration Equipment
8. HVAC Systems
9. Plumbing & Septic Systems (including water heaters)
10. Ice/Beverage Equipment
11. Electrical Systems & Circuits
12. Exhaust and Fresh Air Systems
13. Audio & Video Systems
14. Building & structural repairs & maintenance

Requirements:

1. Universal EPA Card
2. Valid Driver's License and good driving record
3. HVAC experience
4. Background check
5. Drug test
6. Ability to pass DEQ Tank Operator Certification
7. Rotating "on call" schedule
8. Trailer towing experience
9. Basic computer skills
