Are you a passionate Speech Language Pathologist ready to make a profound impact on seniors' lives? Venza Care is seeking a PRN SLP to join our exceptional rehabilitation team in Cullman, AL. This position is a floater PRN position between our Cullman Healthcare, Folsom Center for Rehab & Health Care, & Woodland Village Rehab & Healthcare facilities. This is your opportunity to transform patient care and quality of life in a supportive skilled nursing environment.

$55.00/hour

What You’ll Do:

1. Conduct comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing
2. Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
3. Specialize in dysphagia management and cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation
4. Educate patients, families, and staff on communication and swallowing strategies
5. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives in patient care

What We’re Looking For:

1. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
2. Current state SLP license and ASHA CCC
3. 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)
4. Expertise in dysphagia management and cognitive rehabilitation
5. Passion for geriatric care and interdisciplinary collaboration
