About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in supporting our patients' well-being while working in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Salary: $15.00-$21.00/hr, commensurate with experience

Shifts Available:

1. Night 12-hour shift
2. Shift Differentials Available!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct and compassionate care to patients, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
2. Support the nursing staff with clinical duties and monitor patient conditions
3. Take and record vital signs, reporting any significant changes to the nursing staff
4. Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
5. Engage with patients, providing emotional support and companionship
6. Document care provided and communicate patient needs to the nursing team

Qualifications:

1. Current Alabama Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
2. Proven experience as a CNA, preferably in a healthcare setting
3. Strong understanding of patient care and nursing best practices
4. Empathetic and caring disposition with a dedication to patient well-being
5. Excellent communication and time management skills
