Are you an Occupational Therapist passionate about helping seniors regain their independence? Venza Care is seeking a dedicated OT to join our dynamic rehabilitation team in Huntsville, AL. This is your chance to make a lasting impact on patients' lives in a supportive skilled nursing environment.

$42.00 - $50.00/ hour based on experience

What You’ll Do:

1. Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
2. Develop creative, individualized treatment plans
3. Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team
4. Provide hands-on therapy focusing on daily living skills and oversee COTA interventions
5. Guide patients in using adaptive equipment
6. Mentor and guide therapy staff

What We’re Looking For:

1. Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
2. Current state OT license
3. 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)
4. Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation
5. Creativity in problem-solving and activity adaptation
