Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage inventory and restock medical and office supplies for all facility departments
2. Receive, inspect, and distribute incoming supply shipments
3. Maintain a clean and organized central supply room
4. Ensure all medical supplies are properly labeled and stored
5. Work with department heads to anticipate supply needs and avoid shortages
6. Monitor usage patterns and report reordering needs
7. Track supply costs and assist with budget control efforts
8. Deliver supplies to nursing units and support staff as needed
9. Transport patients to and from appointments

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Previous experience in inventory, supply chain, or healthcare support role preferred
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
5. Basic computer skills for inventory and ordering systems
6. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred but not required
7. Ability to lift, move, and carry boxes or supplies as needed
8. Clean Driving Record
